Jess Chapman

Principal


Jess Chapman is a capable strategist, accomplished change agent, energetic facilitator and a skilled coach who is passionate about the development of individuals and organizations. Jess has over a decade’s experience working in the UK, France and Canada. She has held a number of senior organizational development roles focused on learning and development, talent attraction and management, employee engagement, performance and change management.

She has a degree in European Business and French from the Nottingham Trent University in the UK and a management diploma from the Institut de Management Européen des Affaires in France. She is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development in the UK, a member of the Canadian Society of Training and Development, and a member of the Association of Change Management Professionals. She is accredited in a number of psychometric and assessment tools to support individual and organizational effectiveness.

Luc Beaudry

Associate


Luc’s passion is to create learning environments where participants stretch outside their comfort zone, receive meaningful individual feedback and coaching, and build the awareness necessary to take ownership of their behaviour and performance. He uses his operational and corporate management experience to turn insight and learning into skills that can be applied in the day-to-day reality.

Specializing in authentic leadership, interpersonal effectiveness, personal accountability and balanced communication, Luc has worked with: RSA Group, Grant Thornton LLP, Aviva Canada, Northbridge Financial, CN, The Taligent Group, SNC Lavalin, The Ontario Securities Commission, BDO, Purolator, Bayer and many others.

Luc holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from l’Université du Québec en Outaouais. He is a Certified Behavioural Analyst (DiSC) with TTI Insights. He is also certified with the McQuaig tools, and with the Hay Group’s Emotional Competence Inventory. He is fluently bilingual in French and English.
