  1. Morning or night?
Night. Though I can always get out of bed for a client, I definitely work better after 10am.

  2. What bends your mind every time you think about it?
That no two people see the world the same way. For example, even though you and I both call it a ‘tree’ that doesn’t mean we actually see the same thing…

  3. Name one thing you love about your job
That there are too many things to name about my job! Lol. I guess if I have to pick one, first one off the top of my head – variety.

  4. Name one challenge you didn’t expect in your chosen career path
Hmm… that’s a tough one. Maybe the number of hats you have to wear as a business owner. Now I help other business owners juggle those hats too.

  5. Name your favourite part about helping other organizations unlock the potential of their people
The impact our actions can have and the difference we can help make to how people feel about work and the people they work with.

  6. One quote you live by
Don’t treat other people the way you like to be treated – they don’t have your brain. Treat other people the way they like to be treated. Platinum rule!

  7. Something new you’d like to learn this year
    More about neurobiology.

  8. Something most people don’t know about you
    – I once jumped out of a plane and my parachute didn’t open properly.
    – There are people in the world who don’t know my name is Jess(ica). They only know me as Jelly.

  9. Name a bad habit of yours
Leaving the washing up until tomorrow. Life is too short.

  10. Who inspires you?
Everyone who puts in the effort to change.

  11. What are you currently watching?
Bull, a trial science show that’s up there with Criminal Minds – all about the psychology of people! Also, Edwardian Farm on repeat.

  12. What is the best meal you’ve ever had?
I had an amazing pasta dish in Greece once.

  13. If you could visit anywhere in the world you’ve never been, where would you go?
Egypt. I want to visit as many places connected to lost civilizations as possible.

  14. What is your favorite family tradition?
Christmas day walk on the beach in Woolacombe.

  15. How do you recharge?
Sleep. I could sleep for England and win gold. Otherwise, gardening – I like growing veggies.

  16.  What characteristic do you most admire in others?
Patience, since I am terribly impatient.

  17. If you could turn any activity into an Olympic sport, what would you have a good chance at winning a medal for?
Ha! I already answered this by accident. Sleeping!

  18. What’s the farthest you’ve ever been from home?
China is probably the furthest I think.

  19. There are two types of people in this world. What are the two types?
I can’t bring myself to answer that question lol. There are so many more than 2!

  20. If you could give one piece of advice about working on the “tough people stuff” what would it be?
Know your strengths and use them. Know your weaknesses and find ways to manage them.
