These are exciting times for ethree! We are now in our 5th year and have some exciting plans for growth heading into 2018.
To support our plans we are looking for people to join our team.
Firstly, we are looking for independent trainers who love what they do and can engage and enthral a classroom to deliver ethree’s face to face programs. If that sounds like you, lets talk! You can email Jess at email@example.com
We are also looking for a Junior Associate to join the team. This is a part time position for around 20 hours a week.
As an Associate you will be responsible for maintaining client information, handling general client enquires and supporting the drafting and production of client proposals that embody what we do.
You will be the owner of our open programs, managing the logistics and set up of workshops, liaising with participants on registration and participation information, and where appropriate, working with specific clients to schedule client specific events.
As the right hand of the principal, you will be heavily involved in supporting marketing activity, including owning social media activity, posting scheduled updates in line with the marketing plan. Your role will be key in ensuring we keep our brand out there!
In addition, you will complete projects associated with driving business growth and may contribute to projects and presentations for clients.

The right person for the Junior Associate role embodies our values. You never hear them say ‘ that’s not my job’ and have a genuine desire to help. They are organized and thorough with strong attention to detail. They are responsible, have a high degree of self-motivation and love to think of new ways to get things done faster or better. They aren’t afraid to speak their mind, or to learn from others. They have strong interpersonal skills and are very savvy when it comes to who is in the room. They just have a desire to do, and to learn! Experience in HR or Learning and Development would be an asset but we mostly want the right person who is the right fit for our team!
