Who are Growler?

Growler Energy are a renewable energy developer, developing partnerships for renewable energy development.

What was their need?

The organization is growing quickly, and the CEO wanted us to help ensure the team and organization were ready for that growth and ensure they had the most effective organization to support delivery of their strategy.

What did we do and what was the result?

Firstly, we conducted our people and HR health-check, doing a complete review of the organization in relation to people, from strategic alignment and culture, to HR including employee relations, compensation, employee development and more. We provided a written report and a debrief to the CEO outlining the areas they should focus on to ensure their growth was smooth in terms of people and team, and some quick wins they could cover off for immediate improvement.

Growler then asked us to help them implement some of the recommendations we made, including developing new policies, figuring out their approach to remote vs. in person working, doing a workplace risk assessment to ensure they are compliant with regional legislation and more. All the pieces were in place within 6 weeks of the assessment being completed.

Having built a strong relationship with Growler, and a deep understanding of their business, we now also help them on an ongoing basis with recruitment, any HR issues that arise and supporting their strategic planning process each year to ensure the team remains aligned through their tremendous growth.
