Health checks are often our first step when working with a new client. Assessments are led by our Founder and CEO, Jess Chapman, who brings over 20 years of experience in helping organizations create thriving work environments. Next, we conduct a 90-minute interview with the owner or a senior stakeholder to delve into your organization's strategy and goals. This conversation is designed to uncover opportunities and align our recommendations with your vision for the future.

Based on our findings, we craft a detailed report filled with valuable insights and tailored recommendations. We know that time and budget are always important considerations, so we’ll highlight the top three "must-do" actions to prioritize for immediate impact.
